Virtual Library on International Development
Provided by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), this is a long list of Web links on matters relating to international development. Its fisheries section is unfortunately weak.

International Development Research Centre (IDRC)
The IDRC is a public corporation created by the Canadian government to help communities in the developing world find solutions to social, economic, and environmental problems through research.

International Development Network
IDN's goal is to promote sustainable and responsible development by providing access to information and resources. Their Web site has a mass of information, with some fisheries material buried amidst it.
