OceanLaw Director commissioned by Oxford University Press to write practitioner text on EU fisheries law

08 January 2007

OceanLaw Director Chris Hedley has been commissioned by leading academic publisher Oxford University Press to write a practitioner text on EU Fisheries Law. The project will be composed of two parts – a contribution to the major loose-leaf practitioner publication Law of the European Union, edited by David Vaughan QC and Aidan Robertson, and a corresponding stand-alone practitioner text to be titled EU Fisheries Law. It is expected that EU Fisheries Law will be around 350 pages and it will be designed to be a major handbook for anyone involved in EU fisheries law and policy. It is anticipated that the text will be published in 2009.

Further information on this project is available in the European Fisheries Law Projects section. A draft table of contents will be available shortly.
