OceanLaw has published a “Concept Issue” of its developmental
publication Current Developments in International Fisheries Law and
Policy. This is the second Concept Issue to be developed under the
project and it closely follows the format of the first Concept
Issue, which was favourably reviewed by a panel of international
experts. As with the first version, the 2007 Concept Issue will
undergo a comprehensive review process before final decisions are
made about the format to be adopted. It is expected, however, that
the final format will closely follow the 2007 version.
Current Developments in International Fisheries Law and Policy
(CDIFLP) is one of a series of publications being developed by
OceanLaw under the International Fisheries Law and Policy Portal
(IFLPP) project. IFLPP and CDIFLP will be formally launched in 2008,
with the first issue of CDIFLP being published in January 2009.
