New publication – Perspectives for the UN Fish Stocks Agreement

OceanLaw is pleased to announce the publication of its study “Perspective of the UN Fish Stocks Agreement”, carried out for the European Parliament Committee on Fisheries. The report examines the current state of implementation of the UN Fish Stocks Agreement, both at the RFMO level and the flag/coastal State level, and assessing its impact in improving high seas fisheries management. The report also takes account of the 2006 Review Conference. A copy of the report can be downloaded using the link below.
